The unique world
The original, unique nature of these places attracts naturalists to the Bogdino-Baskunchak Nature Reserve.
But Lake Baskunchak and its surroundings will be interesting to visit everyone:

Photographers and adventurers will find here beautiful landscapes.
Flora and fauna
In the reserve there are 47 species of mammals, 215 species of birds, 12 species of reptiles, 30 birds which are listed in the Red Book of Astrakhan region.
A characteristic feature of flora of this region is the presence of many rare and endemic species of plants.
The reserve is a natural repository of a large number of species of plants and animals that have become rare in other corners of the planet.
